Emerald Wilkins is a life coach, dreamwork coach, and teacher of practical wisdom who is based in Saint Augustine, Florida.

She is the creator of The Diamond Net, a YouTube channel designed to support individuals seeking personal growth, healing, and transformation.

Emerald's journey began in early childhood, when she suffered daily with shame, intense self-hatred, and a profoundly negative self-image.

But as a teenager, Emerald had seemingly found a way to escape this profoundly negative self-image by creating a positive self-image.

And by the age of 16, Emerald had created an "ideal" identity that she really felt proud of by conceptualizing herself as an exceptionally unique, creative, hard working, and ethical person.

And she worked very hard for four years to maintain this idealized self-image in her own eyes and in the eyes of others.

But at the age of twenty, the facade of this ideal identity suddenly fell apart like a house of cards under the pressures of a uniquely stressful and chaotic time in her life.

And this caused Emerald to experience a profound internal shift, realizing that this attempt to create an ideal identity was a coping mechanism that only masked those deeper feelings of self-hatred and shame that were still lingering there from childhood.

She had just repressed this deep self-hatred. And she was under the false impression that building a positive identity made the self-hatred go away.

This awakening prompted her to search for deeper truths by engaging in the practice of Shadow Work, which eventually led to the creation of The Diamond Net, a platform where she could help others who were struggling as she once did by helping them identify and resolve the root cause of their issues.

Emerald’s work spans multiple modalities, including life coaching, dream work, and Shadow Work.

She integrates practical, psychological, and spiritual tools to help individuals understand the deeper patterns underneath their dreams and life experiences.

Her teachings are inspired by the Jungian approach to dream interpretation and to understanding the human psyche, and she guides clients in uncovering insights that can lead to personal transformation. Through her popular YouTube channel The DIamond Net, Emerald shares wisdom on topics ranging from dream interpretation to Shadow Work to practical wisdom to spiritual insights.
