Alex Luber, MS, LPC, RYT, is a licensed psychotherapist and certified yoga teacher with a deep passion for helping individuals heal, grow, and transform their lives. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Psychology, as well as a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Alex has also completed a specialized program in Jungian Psychotherapy at the Carl Jung Institute in Chicago, allowing him to combine traditional psychological theories with depth-oriented Jungian analysis.


Specializing in trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety, Alex offers a variety of therapeutic techniques, including talk therapy, Jungian analysis, yoga therapy, and mindfulness practices. His holistic approach focuses on creating an integrative and supportive environment where clients can explore the deeper layers of their psyche, develop self-awareness, and engage in lasting personal change. He is particularly passionate about working with men's issues, couples therapy, and helping clients navigate life’s transitions with greater resilience and emotional clarity.
